We all have questions! It’s a key part of our humanity and if we are being honest, questions are really good! They help us move forward in our pursuit of knowledge and help us grow. This is a space to help you on your journey for answers. Here at St Mary’s we don’t claim to know everything but would love to explore and look into some of these questions with you! And as Christians we believe Jesus asks us some pretty interesting questions himself! So we would love to help you in your search in whatever way we can. Below are some of the ways we might be able to help.
Ask someone
As the Church is in a Vacancy (that means we currently have no Vicar) Marcus Jones, one of the Churchwardens, is happy to chat with you or your children about any questions you might have about God, life, Jesus, Christianity etc. He doesn’t claim to have all the answers but is happy to offer some things to think about and chat about what he believes and why. You can drop him an email marcus.jones@stmaryswatford.org
Join one of our Alpha groups
We are currently not running an Alpha course but will post here when we recommence.
Join a Connect Group
Here at St Mary’s our home groups are called Connect Groups because it reminds us that the purpose of our groups are to connect with God, to connect with one another and to connect with the wider community of Watford and beyond. We have a wide range of groups, each different in character, and due to the current social restrictions we have quite a few continuing to meet online!
Please contact one of our Churchwardens for more information or to join a group: eileen.roby@stmaryswatford.org or marcus.jones@stmaryswatford.org
